Dear San Juan Diego Parents and Students,
This is a quick reminder of San Juan Diego's Corporate Work Study Orientation. Students will have the opportunity to participate in workshops and fun activities that will help build the skills necessary for the school's work program.
All Students need to be dropped off at the Jones Lobby Auditorium located at the Ragsdale Center and are required to Check In at 7:30am every day.
PLEASE NOTE: Students must be picked up at the same location of drop off at 4:00pm. All students and parents need to make arrangements to be dropped off and picked up on time. St. Edwards University and San Juan Diego Catholic High School will not be responsible for students after 4:30pm.
All students must be in Dress Code:
-Young Men: Shirt, Tie and Dress Shoes
-Young Ladies: Buttoned Down, 3/4 length sleeve dress shirt, slacks or skirt below the knee and conservative/professional dress shoes.
All students will need money or a sack lunch. St. Edwards University will have the university cafeteria open and available for our students to purchase their lunch. Food service is available at an average cost of $8 per meal. Students may also bring a sack lunch with them and eat in the cafeteria. Snacks will be provided each day during the mid-morning and afternoon breaks.
All students will be given materials for use during the training program that include a notebook, pens and pencils, name tag and other fun stuff on the first day of orientation. Students need to be responsible, take care of their materials and bring them to training every day.
The San Juan Diego Orientation is Mandatory participation by all new students. Attendance will be taken and students who miss more than one day wilthout making up the missed day will automatically be dropped from the training program and will not be eligible for admission to the School.
