Orientation Hours: 8:00 am–3:00 pm

Dear San Juan Diego Parents and Students,

This is a reminder that San Juan Diego’s Corporate Internship Program (CIP) Orientation is scheduled for August 3 & 4, 2022. Students will have the opportunity to participate in workshops and fun activities that will help build the skills necessary for the school’s work program. 

Orientation will take place on campus at San Juan Diego Catholic High School (SJDCHS). All students are required to check-in between 7:45–8:00 am each day and must be picked-up by 3:30 pm. Please make arrangements to arrive and depart on-time. SJDCHS will not be responsible for students after 3:30 pm.  

All students should dress in SJD Spirit Wear—blue jeans with no holes, rips or patches and an SJD t-shirt. All new students will receive an SJD t-shirt on the first day at check-in! Please email me with your student’s shirt size. 

SJDCHS will provide snacks and lunch on both days. However, if your student has a special diet or restrictions, please bring your own lunch and snacks. Microwaves are available. 

Lastly, attending CIP Orientation is required. It is an important opportunity to not only make new friends and memories, but also make a good impression to help with job placements.

Estimados padres y estudiantes de San Juan Diego,

Este es un recordatorio de que la Orientación del Programa de Prácticas Corporativas (CIP) de San Juan Diego está programada para el 3 y 4 de agosto de 2022. Los estudiantes tendrán la oportunidad de participar en talleres y actividades divertidas que ayudarán a desarrollar las habilidades necesarias para el programa de trabajo de la escuela.

La orientación será en el campus de la Escuela Secundaria Católica San Juan Diego (SJDCHS). Todos los estudiantes deben registrarse entre las 7:45 y las 8:00 a.m. todos los días y deben ser recogidos a las 3:30 p.m. Por favor haga arreglos para llegar y salir a tiempo. SJDCHS no será responsable de los estudiantes después de las 3:30 p.m.

Todos los estudiantes deben vestirse con SJD Spirit Wear: pantalones de mezclilla sin agujeros, rasgaduras o parches y una camiseta de SJD. ¡Todos los estudiantes nuevos recibirán una camiseta SJD el primer día en registrarse! Por favor envíeme un correo electrónico con el tamaño de su estudiante.

SJDCHS proporcionará aperitivos y almuerzos ambos días. Sin embargo, si su estudiante tiene una dieta especial o restricciones, pedimos que traiga su propio almuerzo y refrigerios. Hay microondas disponibles.

Por último, se requiere asistir a la Orientación de CIP. Es una oportunidad importante no solo para hacer nuevos amigos y recuerdos, sino también para causar una buena impresión para ayudar con las colocaciones laborales.
